The focus of the conference is to outline this new environment and its opportunities in light of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Possible topics: Limitation of grant flow, issue involving NEPA, Davis-Bacon and Buy America. As well as how PPPs can help bridge the gap and leverage the funding. |
