The next TI Luncheon will feature The Honorable Beverley K. Swaim-Staley, Secretary of Transportation for the State of Maryland, on Wednesday, September 15. This is a timely event, in that the State is now exploring options for an expanded use of PPPs for transportation. Secretary Swaim-Staley will outline the efforts of the Joint Legislative and Executive Commission on Oversight of Public-Private Partnerships, scheduled to report to the state legislature by December 1, 2011.
