The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships is pleased to announce, in collaboration with the Federal Transit Administration, the development of a second series of transit PPP workshops for 2009. Based on the feedback from last year’s attendees, more insight was gained regarding the information needs of the public and private sectors on the implementation of transit PPPs. The workshop series for 2009 is a newly-revised version of the program presented in 2008; including more focused information on the application and of transit PPPs. If you attended and enjoyed any of last year’s sessions, you won’t want to miss out on what’s new in the program for this year. Go to www.ncppp.org to view the updated agenda and register. Each session will address the most pressing issues and concerns regarding PPPs and the potential economic development implications with the regions’ local transit systems.

Sponsorship opportunities at these workshops provide the perfect environment to showcase products and services to a highly targeted audience. Direct marketing through face-to-face discussion of your expertise during registration, a continental breakfast, scheduled breaks, lunch and networking reception with our attendees, will provide the opportunity to gain brand recognition and make valuable business contacts.

NCPPP allows up to four organizations per workshop to sponsor the networking reception on the evening prior to each workshop. Sponsorship opportunities are also available throughout the following day for each function.
