NCPPP ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Washington, DC, November 16, 2001 - The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP), a non-profit organization that provides information for the development and implementation of public-private partnerships, announced its new officers in the Executive Committee on October 24, 2001.

The Executive Committee consists of leaders from the public and private sectors with the same objective of improving the public-private partnership process and educating potential participants about the benefits. The 2002 Executive Committee consists of:

Ken Butler, VP, Membership (CAPITAL PARTNERSHIPS, Inc.)
Michael Deane, VP, Policy (United Water)

The NCPPP Executive Committee provides operational guidance to the Council's committees, institutes and staff, and reports to the NCPPP Board of Directors. With the on-going leadership provided by the Executive Committee, NCPPP will continue to develop new and improved strategies and programs to better benefit its membership and the general public.
