This PowerPoint presentation contains summaries of presentations that were made by a variety of experts during the first-ever Community-Based Sustainable Stormwater Infrastructure Summit held December 7, 2015 in Philadelphia. NCPPP co-hosted the event with the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 3 in partnership the Water Environment Federation, Chesapeake Bay Trust and Pennsylvania Water Environment Association. The document summarizes presentations experts delivered to discuss challenges communities face in working to prevent stormwater from polluting the nation’s waterways and potential solutions.

This report introduces the CBP3 approach as a flexible, performance-based platform for implementing affordable, integrated green stormwater infrastructure to meet a variety of regulatory and community needs. The guide is intended for a variety of audiences, including lawyers, finance specialists, P3 experts, public officials, economic developers, stormwater and green infrastructure practitioners and managers, decision-makers and regulators.
